Within 2 hours of your call – our expert will assess the type and degree of damage and determine the best techniques and course of remediation.

An estimate of the remediation plan will be issued at the scene and followed up with a written quote the next day.

When approved an immediate solution to minimise the damage can be deployed.

If there is a requirement to remove flooring or furniture immediately, this can be actioned.

Identification of the drying methods required to meet the materials affected will be followed by installation of the correct machines within 24 hours.

Complete instruction will be provided on installation.

Ongoing weekly or bi-weekly moisture checks will be completed to ensure effective progress is made and we are on hand to answer any queries throughout the drying process.

On final inspection and removal of the machines, clear instruction will be given as part of our after-care service and a Dryness Certificate is issued.
